This is the first module of the introduction to dotProject for users
and system administrators who wish to understand the basic use, layout and features of dotProject.

This module outlines the basics of what dotProject is and what it is used for; where dotProject comes from and provides a brief outline of the Open Source Software movement as well as the way that software is maintained and used.

We then take you through a brief tour of the basic User Interface of dotProject.
